Can you light up a town with a smile?

Im a cooties believer, vietnam vet, and 9/11 survivor, and I was listening to Taylor swift earlier, and a line was "and you've got a smile that can light up this whole town, I havent seen it in awhile since she brought you down." and I was wondering, can you light up a town with a smile? If so, can we find this guy and have him smile and fuel our cities power plantations?
