My cousin just kissed me and i didn't want him to. Do you think he could have given me a disease?

Like cooties or somthing? please help, im really scared if I get cooties, my mom would hate me bacause im not sapposed to be kissing boys at this age. she wud obviosly knw bacause my frend had cooties 1nce and i cud tell. it made her hav lyk red dots on her face or something. by the way is kissing yor cousin okay? i kind of liked it to be honyst.
