Are Clive Lloyd & Ricky Ponting fairly,...the best captains the world has ever seen?

Ricky Ponting was only a mediocre captain. He was reactive as opposed to proactive as a captain. Setting a different field after missed catch opportunities is like fixing a fence after the horse has bolted and Ponting was guilty of that indiscretion on many occasions. Lloyd was much better at assessing the pending situation and with his lethal pace attack dominated opposition teams. Both captains had the luxury of having superior teams at their disposal but out of the two mentioned Lloyd was easily the better of the two.
