Can't enter my memorable information on Lloyds TSB banking account?

When I try to log on, it asks me for my ID and password, I enter it, it's all fine, and then it asks me to enter 3 characters from my memorable info. But I can't see any actual windows where to enter it. Never happened before. Any help? Please :)?
