I registered for Internet Banking with Lloyds TSB a while ago and never had trouble signing in. But now, after I put my password in and takes me on to the next page to put in three digits of my Memorable Information, the buttons you press on to choose a letter/number aren't there! Is anyone else having this problem? I've tried it on different browsers, so it's not what browser I'm using. I have FireFox and Internet Explorer. I can sign in successfully on my BlackBerry phone, but not on my computer...
