My boyfriend is acting like a homosexual.?

K so im 14, hes 15,yesterday we went on our first date to the movies, -alone, no chaperones, JUST US- and we were the first ones in the theater-completely alone, tons of privacy- and until the end of the two hour movie he didn't touch me at all. Like he was five and I had cooties or something. His arms were either crossed or flat on his legs. My ankle is broke and I have to elevate it, so I played it off like I had to put it on the seat next to me so I was pretty much 4 inches away from his face. Just enough room for him to lean in and kiss me with no problem. I even had my had hangin over the armrest for his convience if he wanted to grab it but no. The closest we got was on the way home I had to elevate my leg again but I didn't want to put it on his car cause it was the first time I was meeting his mom and I wanted to make a good impression so I put it on his leg and laid my head on his shoulder. We even stopped at a gas station and his mom went in and left us alone, that close, basically face to face and what does he do? Nothing. When I left he couldn't really hug me cause of my crutches but he helped me out and his mom got out of the car to talk to my dad so we were once again alone and what does he do this time? Pats me on the back and says bye. Do I have to make the first move or something? We go to the same school so it's not like we barely know each other. And he's definately not the shy type. Were hanging out again this up inning weekend but I wanna just watch a movie at one of our houses. So how do I make him not think he's gonna break me or something?
