Never had the experience..?

never have i found the answer to this, im 21 years old, have been sexually active for two years and have never had an organsm. when i asked my male doctor about this he blushed like a 12 year old boy and acted as though i had cooties. I wanted to know if this is sorta normal, has it happened to anyone else and will it ever change. The sex is great... i think
