What do you think is the reason to why kids are growing up faster these days?

There is more out there for kids. More toys, more enrichment, more stimulation at earlier and earlier ages. Not to mention more education. Education has a lot for how we grow mentally. You can compare a child in Appalachia who has nothing and still think that child is a child. But compare the same age child in an affluent suburb of Connecticut and you'd think that child needed to be brought down a notch or 2.
