He is probably the least sh***y option. He is intelligent and I believe he genuinely cares about people from all walks of life. However he has not really been able to deliver on some of his promises, an age-old story in politics. It may be that he is not up to the task, or that his hands have been tied by the rest of government, stopping him from doing what he really wants (you may be surprised by how little power a president actually has). When you look at the alternatives though, he is probably 10 times better. The problem is that the whole system needs a shake-up and nobody, even Obama seems capable or willing to rock the boat.

IMO, I think the DREAM ACT is the only thig that would force our congress to pass effective immigration reform. I know republicans hate it, but that until it passes we are never going to have effective immigraton reform. The DREAM ACT has been going on for who knows how many years and it will never go away either IMO. Illegal immigrants are finding ways to skirt our system. So why not pass the DREAM ACT if effective immigration reform is a precursor to its passage.

I've been having tonsil stones for the past several years. About 3rd grade to now, which I am going into 10th grade after this summer. I get them quite frequently. Shouldn't they be given the opportunity to return before we give amnesty to those who are here illegally and who had no intention to ever step forward and apply for residency in the U.S.? I feel President Obama should consider all of these folks before moving forward. It only seems fair to do it this way. I would love to be able to pack up and just live in Mexico but considering that I'm over 50 and have been through 5 years of losing everything, I feel I must stay here and do my best to build some type of retirement for us when he gets to return in 2016. It's tough when your lives are passing fast and we can be together to enjoy our younger years. I am not financially equipped to travel to Mexico often as it is. Why does Christopher Lloyd look so much different in a 84 episode of Cheers than in Back to the Future (1985)?

I think the episode is called I'll Be Seeing You. It's where a famous painter (Christopher Lloyd) comes to the bar, and asks to paint a picture of Diane. Ok, it was suggested, to get another user account, if I want to keeps others from messin' wiith the media player of my computer, but I want to still play my music, I like to play my cds while my friends and family surf the internet. My husband, like many others, was given the 10 year bar back to Mexico in 2006?

He has been there for 5 years. We have been married for 7 years. He was here illegally but wanted to do the right thing. He paid a fine and we filed the I-130 Petition ... all done through an attorney. He had an ITIN#, filed his income taxes, gave to the community, we're married and all my family lives here. Some are in bad health and can't travel to see him. He does not have any problems... no criminal records, etc. in either country. Since he was returned, I had surgery, lost my job, had a break in and assault, and lost our home to a short sale and had to sell whatever to survive. The US Embassy does not see my life as a hardship and won't give us permission to file the waivers. How will the "Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act 2011" effect those who have been given the 3 or 10 year bars. Shouldn't they be given the opportunity to return before we give amnesty to those who are here illegally and who had no intention to ever step forward and apply for residency in the U.S.? I feel President Obama should consider all of these folks before moving forward. It only seems fair to do it this way. I would love to be able to pack up and just live in Mexico but considering that I'm over 50 and have been through 5 years of losing everything, I feel I must stay here and do my best to build some type of retirement for us when he gets to return in 2016. It's tough when your lives are passing fast and we can be together to enjoy our younger years. I am not financially equipped to travel to Mexico often as it is. Any advice or recommendation would be helpfu. I really don't want to receive answers...like ... he came illegally and that's all that can be done considering there are millions here illegally who never had the intention to be document. Most charities are just like any corporation. They speculate to accumulate, the bigger they are the less scrupulous they have become. Look at Big Issue. A worthy enough idea when it set out but now it is a career for Rumanian immigrants and Big Issue is content to leave it at that. Please help. I went overdrawn by �5 and was charged �85 pounds. I do not know how they worked that out , but that was my problem for going overdraft. I had just �20 in my account so my balance went to -�65. Two months later, there is a charge of �75 on my account for going overdraft by �65( from the balance of �85 charges ). I paid the �65 in the account the next day. I got no letter saying the unplanned overdraft fee was due to come out. I have called and was told since I am overdrawn again, in two months I will be charged. So therefore I have to pay Lloyds TSB about �75 - �80 every month. Please help.
